Precision CNC machining actually refers to NC machining. First, write the drawing to be processed into the program, and then connect the computer to the CNC machining machine. Through programming, command the CNC machining machine to operate and complete the precision parts processing. Precision CNC machining is mainly suitable for small batch, large batch processing of various kinds of spare parts, CNC machining parts precision is very high, so it serves different industries of precision parts processing!

First of all, before CNC parts processing, we must see clearly the content of the process flow, clearly know the parts to be processed, the shape, the dimensions of the drawing, and know the processing content of the next process.
Before clamping raw materials, the blank size should be measured to see if it meets the requirements of the drawing, and its placement must be carefully checked to see if it is consistent with the programming instructions.
After finishing the rough machining, self inspection should be carried out in time to adjust the data with errors.
The main content of self inspection is the position and size of the processing part.
(1) Whether there is looseness in the machining process of mechanical parts;
(2) Whether the processing technology of parts is correct;
(3) Whether the dimension from the machined part of CNC parts to the datum edge (datum point) meets the drawing requirements;
(4) The position and size of CNC machining parts. After checking the position and size, measure the rough machined shape ruler (except arc).
The parts are processed after rough machining confirmation. Before finishing, self check the shape and size of the parts on the drawing: check the basic length and width of the parts on the vertical plane; measure the base point size on the drawing for the parts on the inclined plane. Complete the self inspection of parts, confirm that the parts meet the drawing and process requirements, and then remove the workpiece and send it to the inspector for special inspection. In the case of small batch processing of precision CNC parts, batch processing is required after the first piece is confirmed to be qualified.
